This community has suffered a great loss. Many are not aware of Bill’s generosity over the years, but he truly made a difference. He and my late husband, Tim, made a great team back in the 80’s and early 90’s as they worked to make Plymouth a good place to live. He was, indeed, a gentle giant, and no matter what health issues he was struggling with, he always had an encouraging word and a positive attitude. I am deeply saddened by his passing, but most grateful for his devotion and commitment to this community. My sincerest condolences to the Fetzer family.
