Thomas L. Fields, 64, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on August 14, 1954 in Marion, Ohio to the late John Atwell Fields and Dorothy M. (Ludban) Ballentine. Tom was formerly employed at MTD and Donnelley's.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy (Robert) Patten of Willard; brother, Charles (Chris) Fields of Tolland, CT; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Jon Fields.
