Terry L. Robinson, age 62, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, surrounded by his loving family, at the Willows at Willard, Ohio. He was born on July 17, 1955 in Willard to Billy Ray "Robbie" and Linda (Vanderpool) Robinson. Terry was a former police officer for the Willard Police Department and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. He was also a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Shelby and enjoyed his garden, hunting, fishing, cooking, baking, woodworking, and crafts.
He is survived by his wife, Pat A. (Babcock) Robinson; two sons, Jason (Amy) Robinson and Michael (Julia) Robinson, both of Willard; three grandchildren, Brian, Connor and Benjamin; mother, Linda (Vanderpool) Robinson of Willard; three sisters, Barbara Bailey of Willard, Rita (Bob) Dove of Willard and Belinda (Keith) Stanley of Monroeville and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Billy Ray "Robbie" Robinson.
Visitation will be held at the First Freewill Baptist Church in Shelby, Ohio on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM where there will be a memorial service at 7:00 PM with Rev. Matthew Pond officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project www.woundedwarriorproject.org. I know you fought so very hard. I'm so sad that your not here anymore but my mind is somewhat at ease knowing your with Papaw now. I keep replaying the conversations we had on the phone when you were in the hospital before everything started. Even though you were getting ready for the biggest battle of your life you never lost your sense of humor. You still knew how to make me laugh. What a brave man you were. I will always love and miss you.
