Teresa Lynne Studer, age 50, of New Washington, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at her home. She was born October 1, 1963 in Toledo, Ohio and has lived the majority of her life in New Washington. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington. She graduated from Buckeye Central High School in 1982, attended Tiffin University and Tiffin Hair Academy. She recently had worked at Uncle Dudley’s Restuarant in Willard and formerly owned Sunsational Tanning & Video’s in New Washington.
She is survived by her husband, Eric “Rick” Studer, whom she married July 16, 1983; 2 children, Brad (Kendra) Studer of Bloomville and April Studer (Casey Ebersole) of New Washington; grandson, Wyatt Lane Studer; father, J. Dale Borkowski of Neapolis; mother, LaNeita Sprinski of Toledo; 3 brothers, Steve Borkowski of Toledo, David Borkowski of Toledo and Jeff Borkowski of Rossford.
She is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Brian L. Studer.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 5, 2014 from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in New Washington, Ohio. The funeral mass will be Monday, January 6, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington, Ohio with Fr. Eric Culler officiating. Burial will be at the St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery in New Washington, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Kickin-Cancer Benefit, P.O. Box 458 New Washington, Ohio 44854. There are no words that can truly ease the pain of your loss but wanted to say how very sorry I am to hear about Teresa. I have many good memories of her from when we worked together at the bank in Nebraska. I will always remember her beautiful smile & how she brought joy to others around her. I know what a difficult time it is for all of you.

My condolences To the Studer family! Teresa was a wonderful soul and had no enemy’s . I don’t believe she had a mean bone in her body and accepted people for who they were and not what they had. We will miss her dearly! She had an enormous heart! She will be watching over all of us!
