Harold Dean T.J. Tackett, age 26, resident of Willard, Ohio, left us far too soon on April 3, 2017 in Detroit, Michigan. He was born on September 3, 1990 in Detroit, Michigan to Harold Jr. and Kathy (Barnett) Tackett.
T.J lived life to the fullest, enjoying every moment of it, whether he was hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, or on his mini – bike. You could often find him hanging out with family and friends being the “life of the party”, just to put a smile on your face.
He is survived by the lights of his life, his son, “Drew” Harold Dean Tackett IV; daughter, Elsa Nichole Tackett; the love of his life, his fiancé, Latochia “Toshia” Riley; parents, Harold Dean Tackett Jr. “Tooker” and Kathy Tackett of Willard; 3 brothers, Dustin (Annette) Davis of Detroit, Michigan, Justin “Jus Wayne” (Miranda) Davis of Willard, Ohio, Gage Tackett of Willard, Ohio; 2 sisters, Ashley Tackett of Willard, Ohio, Tianna “T.T.” Tackett of Willard, Ohio. Also, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends that became family along the way.
T.J. was preceded in death by 2 siblings, brother, Steven Andrew Hall “Baby Drew”; sister, Lisa Marie Church; maternal grandfather, Oscar Barnett; paternal grandfather Harold Dean Tackett; paternal grandmother, Olab (Moore) Tackett; and his aunt, Terry (Tackett) Gibson.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Willard. Memorial contributions may be made to his parents, or directly to Secor Funeral Home.
