Rita M. Courtright, age 93, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on April 18, 1928 in Willard to the late Arthur and Maryann (Mahl) Bauman.
Rita was married to Harold Courtright on June 10, 1950 and he preceded her death on June 15, 2008. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard.
Rita is survived by her children, Sharon Speth, Kenneth Courtright, Donna Noviski, Joan Clapper, Paul Courtright and John Courtright and their spouses; 7 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Rita was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Courtright; sisters, Virginia Fidler and Catherine Beat; and brother, Paul Bauman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Rita on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard. Due to family illnesses, masks are required for her Funeral Mass. Burial will take place privately at St. Sebastian Catholic Cemetery in Bismark, Ohio. Memorial contributions can be made to Kobacker House of Columbus, Ohio, Stein Hospice of Sandusky, Ohio or the donor's favorite charity.
