Priscilla B. Radune, age 86, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky. She was born on February 8, 1922 in New Britain, CT to the late Charles and Helen (Drezek) Embry. She graduated from New Britain High School and Moody’s Secretarial School. She was a member of the West Lake Womens Club and West Lake PTA. She was a member of St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church in West Lake and recently Trinity Lutheran Church of Willard. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening, knitting, traveling and fine dining.
She is survived by her husband, William, whom she married on October 7, 1943; one daughter, Pat (Dennis) Guerra of Sandusky; two sons, William Jr. of North Olmstead and Charles (Janet) of North Ridgeville; six grandchildren, Jackie (Tim) Gifford of Florida, Lisa (Scott) Dougal of North Carolina, Julie (Brad) Harbison of West Lake, C.J. (Zita) Radune of North Ridgeville, Kylene Guerra of Sandusky and Joe Guerra of Sandusky; and three great-grandchilren, all of Florida.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Services will be held privately at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard with Rev. Brian Peltomaa officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. I work at Parkvue in housekeeping and got to talk with Priscilla when i was working on her court. she was a very interesting lady. i enjoyed her allot and i am very sorry for your loss. I will miss her
