Phyllis Jeanne Walker, age 90, resident of Attica, Ohio and former Greenfield, Indiana resident, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the Mercy Hospital in Willard, Ohio. She was born on June 6, 1928 in Mt. Carmel, Indiana to the late Verne and Frances (Selm) White and has been an Attica resident since 1996. She is a retired bookkeeper from the Indiana Knitwear Company in Greenfield, Indiana for over 30 years and was a member of the Eastern Stars.

She is survived by two daughters, Vicki (Robert) Hill of Clearlake, IN and Karen (Chuck) Thompson of Attica, OH; four grandchildren, Kelly Hill-Aronoff of Brentwood, TN; Tisha Rathburn of Attica; Amber Lantz of Attica; and Andrea Riggenbach of Whitehouse, OH; twenty-one great grandchildren; sister, Patty Baker of Ft. Myers, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Donn G. Walker who passed away in 1977; and sisters, Dorothy Brown and Carolyn Gabbard.

A private graveside service will be held at the Dales Cemetery in Connersville, Indiana at a later date. Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com

Vicki and Karen - so sorry for your loss, Jean was a dear friend and co-worker of my Mothers' (Frances) at Knitwear for years. I remember a few of them that kept going to lunch occasionally to stay in touch and Mother would take Mandy with her. I know how difficult is is to lose your Mother, my prayers are with you both and your entire family.
