Paul E. King, age 80, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio. He was born on June 24, 1937 in Baroda, Michigan to the late Lewis and Ruth (Reed) King. Mr. King was employed as the parts manager at MTD retiring after 30 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and visiting extended family in Kentucky.
He is survived by his wife, Zella (Russell) King who he married on November 12, 1957; a daughter, Robin Smith of Tiffin; four sons, Steve King of Willard, Robert (Ann) King of Milford Center, OH, Chris King of Willard, and Rich (Stella) King of Orlando, FL; sixteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Davis; one brother, Owen Cleve (Elsiea) King; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Leslie “Butch” King; and a sister, Marie King.
Visitation will be held at the Secor Funeral Home on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 AM with Pastor James Wilson, Pastor Danny Hamilton and Pastor Cleve King officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Willard United Baptist Church.
