Norma J. Feltner, age 67, of Shelby, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013 at her home. She was born on August 17, 1945 in Shelby to the late Norman and Luella (Jennings) Kegley. Norma was a member of the Temple of God church in Shelby and worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Crestwood Nursing Home and Gaymont Nursing Home, from where she retired. She enjoyed life and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends.
Norma is survived by her husband, Linville G. Feltner, whom she married on October 2, 1963; three sons, Richard E. (Deborah) Feltner, Jeffrey A. Feltner and Linc G. (Michele A.) Feltner, all of Willard; one daughter, M. Allison Feltner of Willard; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Lou Stahl of Greenwich, Doris Senn of Fostoria and Carolyn Faye of Sandusky; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Leroy and Butch Kegley.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio on Monday, February 11, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor George Lewis and Assistant Pastor John Montgomery officiating. Burial will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio (Ashland). Online condolences can be left for the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

To Norma’s family..So sorry to hear of Norma’s passing. I enjoyed our times together when Allison was a member of Red Marauders. She was a wonderful lady and shall be missed.She is in God’s arms now and may that fact comfort your family during this difficult time.

To the family of Norma. I am very sorry that my friend and long time bingo buddy passed at this young age but she is with God now and is no longer in pain. I will remember her always.
