Maxine was such a cherished friend to both of my parents...they loved her so much. I personally had the privilege of being a guest in Maxine's home. I treasure the stories and memories she shared with me. Our entire family will miss her warm presence.

We are very sorry to learn of the passing of Maxine. I have very fond memories of her, especially from my youth. She was always very kind and gracious. She seems like family to me as we share many family members and our lives were intertwined for so many years. May she rest in peace and may you all take solace in the long wonderful life she lived.

I have only gotten to know Maxine for the last 6 months but she has a special place in my heart. She always had a big beautiful smile on her face when I would go into her room. I am going to miss her. Prayers for the family.
