Kim, Sarah, and all the Mack and Carter families, I am so very sorry and saddened about the loss of Mary Jo. Mary Jo, Edie, and I went through nursing school together but had lost touch for many years reconnecting last summer. It was wonderful reminiscing and catching up with each other’s lives and hearing how happy she was. Mary Jo was a beautiful spirit; a ray of sunshine that made everyone happier in her presence. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Mary Jo worked with us at the Charlotte Symphony. She was always full of happiness and will be deeply missed. Our prayers are with the family. Thank you for sharing Mary Jo with us.
Kim, Sarah and Mrs. Mack and Family,
My sympathy to all. I only remember Mary Jo with a smile on her face. One very snowy winter night back in the 80s, she had me stay with her after working 2nd shift at Willard Hospital. I was pregnant and she didn’t want me out driving in the weather… That was just Mary Jo. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
To Kim and all of Mary Jo’s family. I am very saddened to hear the news of Mary Jo. I read one person called her a bright light of the world.
