Mary Ann Wechter, age 91, lifelong resident of New Washington, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Willows at Willard. She was born on November 29, 1932 in North Auburn, Ohio to the late Albert C. and Anna Mary (Faeth) Wechter.
Mary Ann was a 1951 New Washington High School graduate who went on to work at Midwest for a number of years. She was a member of Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church in North Auburn.
She is survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her siblings, Jacob, Marcella and Sister Catherine Wechter.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church in North Auburn at 10:30 a.m. with Father Ron Schock officiating. Burial will follow at Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made Mother of Sorrows Catholic cemetery fund.
