Lynn S. Tackett, age 59, of Plymouth, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Willard, Ohio. She was born on May 11, 1961 in Willard to the late Vince and Carrie (Bolen) Handshoe. Lynn loved children and was dedicated to being a foster parent.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Tackett whom she married on July 4, 1982; daughter, Harleann Tackett; siblings, Claud Handshoe, Evelyn Robinson, Laurene Backensto, Willie Handshoe, Robert Handshoe, Charlene Gasparac and David Handshoe; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a stillborn daughter, Racheal Marie Tackett; four nephews, Barry Handshoe, Curt Handshoe, Brian Handshoe and Joshua Handshoe and a niece Kristin Gasparac.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at the Willard United Baptist Church from 11:00 AM until the time of her service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Danny Hamilton officiating. Omg I can’t believe this happen two years ago and I’m just finding out. Lynn you was a great foster mom even tho sometimes we didn’t get along I still loved you with all out my heart. You was an amazing cook! We I got to talk to you sooner love, Nassirra!

I am gonna miss lynn she always made me laugh and was always there for me to talk to . She was always soo nice to us growing up and I sure am gonna miss the cooking . May you rest in peace Lynn you will forever be missed .

I am going to miss you Lynnie. Everyone who was close to her was blessed. She always had that laugh that could make you smile. Such a good cook too. Her flowers made her happy too. No more suffering and pain my friend. I know you are holding your baby Rachael now. Rest In Peace Lynnie. I will see you again some day. Love you Gary and Harley.
