Logan Tyler Lewis died on a normal Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at the young age of 16. Logan was born in Fort Riley, Kansas on December 18th, 2007. Logan was a remarkable child and showed early signs of physical fitness and intelligence compared to his friends and peers. He was put into the gifted program at an early age and continued to take advanced classes. He was on the path to graduate earlier than his class as this year he was a graduating Junior at Norwalk High School. He participated in many sports including soccer, football, pole vaulting, and cross country. He loved playing video games and chess. He loved debating about almost anything. Logan was exceptionally curious about the secrets of the world and hoped to continue to investigate and learn more about the universe he lived in. He was planning on enlisting in the Marine Corps and ultimately, his dream was to become a commissioned officer and become a pilot. Logan was an amazing son, brother, and friend to those around him. During his life, he was surrounded by his mother, Cheryl (& Brandon) Briggs, his father, James (& Samantha) Lewis, his brothers, Kaleb Ryan Groff & Zanden Riley Fout, and his sisters, Ziva Christine Fout & Layla Katherine Lewis.  A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, September 7, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. for the students and faculty at the Performing Arts/ Art Gallery at the Norwalk High School. All friends and family are welcome to Brandon and Cheryl Briggs home on Sunday, September 8, 2024 anytime between 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. 409 Lake Shore Drive Willard, Ohio 44890. Memorial contributions can be made to the family or perennial plants may be ordered or brought. Secor Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
