Leland S. Stump of New Washington, Ohio passed away at his home on Sunday, June 16, 2024 following a long illness.
Leland was born August 13, 1931 to the late Thomas and Marie (See) Stump. He was a graduate of Tiro High School, the Ohio State University and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving in the Korean War.
Lee spent most of his life buying, raising and selling cattle. He enjoyed horse racing, coin and rock collecting, Ohio State Football, reading and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki; two children from a previous marriage, John (Shirley) of New Washington and Ann Drummy of Dayton, along with five grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob (Janice) Wechter, Charles (Rosanna) Yosik and Mike (Maxine) Schaffer; and sister, Leona (Robert) Neff.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
