Kathleen Hohman, age 58, of Shelby, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at OhioHealth Hospital in Shelby, Ohio. She was born on January 16, 1966 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to the late Eugene and Carol (Bishop) Hohman. Kathleen worked at Ameriwood Industries in Tiffin, Ohio.
Kathy had a passion for life, and nothing made her happier than spending time with her children and grandchildren, who meant the world to her. She also loved being outdoors, especially when she could go fishing or just enjoy the company of her friends and family. In her quiet moments, she found peace in solving puzzles and getting lost in a good book.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Amanda Hohman (Sean Hall) and Helen Hohman; son, Dustin Hohman; 5 grandchildren, Donovan, Anthony, Kymari, Kendrick, and Matteo; siblings, Michael (Judy) Hohman, Edward (Carol) Hohman, Roger Hohman, and Sandra Frisch; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Dennis “DJ” Hohman.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in New Washington, Ohio on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM until the time of her Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 AM with Deacon Bruce Alge celebrating.
