Junior Irven, age 41, of Shiloh, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022. He was born on November 24, 1980 in Shelby, Ohio to Jimmy and Barbara (Stidam) Irven. Junior loved the outdoors and camping, was an avid pool player, enjoyed fishing, hard worker, and was a people person with a great sense of humor. He was coach of all sports in the Plymouth Schools and was a Dallas Cowboys fan. Most of all, family was very important to him and he was an amazing father and grandfather.
Left to cherish Junior’s memories are his wife, Michelle (Boone) Irven whom he married on October 16, 2004; children, Austin Cunningham of Shiloh, Whitney Boon (Tony Vazquez) of Plymouth, Sierra Irven of Norwalk and Emily Irven of Shiloh; grandson, Ethan Vazquez; parents, Jimmy and Barbara Irven; siblings, Jenefer Yaney of Willard, Amanda (Todd) Sigman of Mansfield and Jayson Irven of Willard; mother and father-in-law, Jimmy and Karla Stidam and numerous nieces and nephews.
Junior is preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Stidam; father-in-law, Doug Boone; sister, Crystal Irven and nephew, Skylar Irven.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will continue at Secor Funeral Home on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of his service at Noon with Pastor Rich Hurles officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Plymouth Athletic Boosters. Junior was the most kind, caring, generous, and humorous person knew. He always was there for a shoulder to cry on to make me feel better at any chance he got.
