Julia Ann Polachek, age 42, of Norwalk, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at her home. She was born in Willard, Ohio on August 21, 1979 to Chris and Peggy (Tackett) Polachek.
Julia loved crafting but most of all, spending time with her children.
She is survived by her children, Daniel Payton Hicks, Gwen Julianna Hicks, Ryder Lee Hamons, Journey Violet Hamons and Hartley Preston Hamons; parents, Christopher and Peggy Polachek; two sisters, Rachele Lynn (Michael) Mobberly Polachek and Crystal Lee Polachek; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Julia was preceded in death by her sister, Schenna Marie Polachek; and grandparents, Harry and Violet Tackett and Carl and Thelma Polachek.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Willard Church of God, 4551 Willard West Road, Willard, OH 44890 on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Julia's funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop Greg Griffith officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Willard. Memorial contributions can be made to Secor Funeral Home to assist Julia's family with funeral expenses.
