I sat next to him in first period .He was a pretty quiet kid, never really had any problems with him. It just hurts that you’ll never really see him again or talk to him

I had the honor of teaching Juelz in 6th grade Music class for Mr. Carpenter on a long term sub assignment. Although, I had known Juelz as he grew up~ as very polite, well mannered, he was kind, respectful & just an easy going kid.....this teaching assignment in this class was memorable. Our students were remote learners at that time. I could always count on Juelz to show up for class. Our class was taught via zoom while on remote. This also gave Juelz the opportunity to share his musical talents. Juelz, struck me as an old soul...I was amazed @ his love of music....that we were learning about. You don't meet many 6th graders who love the Beatles & chat about band members, like John Lennon.....Juelz asked if he could play his musical instruments @ the end of our Zoom meeting.....of course, I said "yes". Delighted in his rendition of "Hey Jude"......he would play the Bass, the piano & drums many times at the end of our class. I looked forward to this class:: I knew that Juelz had a musical talent. It came natural for him.....It was enjoyable to see how much he loved music. Juelz, you have graced our hearts on your earthly journey & I'm certain that you have formed that band in heaven & you are jamming out.

Juelz and me weren't very close but we were friends. He was the kindest and sweetest kid in my grade. He could make you laugh without even crying. He had the most handsomest smile. He loved the Beatles, Metallica, Nirvana, Elton John, Kurt Cobain and Elvis Presley. I'm honestly devastated. May Brandi Thornton and Juelz Bryant Rest in Peace.

Me juelz were pretty close friends. He could make anybody laugh or smile just by talking to them. He always loved to give us Korean candy or strange Korean snacks. You usually couldn’t trust him with those snacks😆. We all miss you Juelz!💜💜

To me Juelz was like a brother he meant more to me than almost anyone. He was such a kind soul and he would give you anything to make you feel better wether it be some Korean candy or just a kind gesture. He could make someone’s whole week just with a smile. I know he’s up in heaven jamming with John Lennon and singing Come As You Are with Kurt Cobain. Fly high my friend ❤️
