Joseph Michael Auck, age 54, of Bloomville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was born on November 29, 1965 in Bucyrus, Ohio.
Joe enjoyed car detailing, plowing snow and mowing yards. He was a perfectionist and loved his dogs.
He is survived by his two sons, Justin (Aeryca) Auck of New Washington and Steven Auck of Bloomville; daughter, Ashley Auck of New Washington; ex-wife and good friend, Beck Auck of New Washington; three grandchildren, Braiden Auck, Jaiden Banks and Johnna Banks; father and step mother, Donald (Mary Kaple) Auck of New Washington; mother and step father, Phyllis (Donald) King of Willard; brother, James Auck of New Washington; nephew, Jacob Auck of New Washington; step brother, Gregory R. Kaple of New Washington; step sisters, Shirley (John) Stump of New Washington and Lynette (Brian) Agin of New Washington; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, step nieces and step nephew.
Joe is preceded in death by his grandparents, Omar W. and Loretta C. Durnwald Auck and special aunt and uncle, John and Marcella Shell Durnwald.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Secor Funeral Home in New Washington on Monday, December 23, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of his funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery in New Washington. Don , Mary and family of Joe, my sympathy to you in the passing of Joe. Anytime when there is a passing of a family member is not good, but so close to Christmas I am sure makes it harder.
