Very sad to hear of this terrible news. Jeff and Todd were great friends as we grew up together and I have many great memories of us from little league baseball to playing golf for Plymouth, and a bunch in between. We wish lots of love and the very best for Linda & Ed, Todd, and all of their family and friends through this sorrowful time.
Brandon Keirns - Feb 12, 2022
This is incredibly difficult to process, and mere words just don’t seem enough. Jeff was the guy who had it together before most of us even knew what “it” was, and he always did it in way that made you feel like you mattered and were his equal. Though it’s been almost 30 years, I can still hear his voice and his laugh like it was 3 hours ago. May Linda, Todd and the rest of his family and friends find some measure of comfort in the lives forever touched by his far too short time with us. You are sorely missed. Rest In Peace, Jeff.

Jeff's loss is devastating. My love goes out to Linda, Ed, Todd and the Cooke and Gundrum families and all of Jeff's friends. Growing up with Jeff, this is the loss of a valued family member more so than just a friend. We graduated from pre-school together, our families spending many a New Year's Eve together, all of those great trips to Ocean Isle Beach and many other occasions. I will always cherish those memories, and remember Jeff's laugh and his sense of humor, his love for the Indians, jabs over our rival alma maters (Miami/Ohio U), and just being goofy kids that used to have fun. I pray for peace and comfort for those that love Jeff and to hold those good memories tight. Rest easy Brother!

Jeff is truly one of the best people I've ever known. He was always so kind, diligent, hilarious, and a wonderful friend to everyone, all through school and beyond. I still have the script from a silly skit we worked on together with two other classmates that was one of the most fun school projects I ever did. We had so much fun putting it together and performing it and Mr. Dombroski was laughing so hard he fell out of his chair! I will never forget Jeff. I'm sending all my love to Linda, Todd, Ed, Kelly, Allison, Charlie, Lynn, Fred, and all of Jeff's loved ones.
Michalene Hatwood - Feb 1, 2022
No words can describe how I felt when I heard the news of Jeff's passing. I was in shock until I said it aloud. I still can't believe he is gone. I have known Jeff for almost 20yrs from working with him at KeyBank. Jeff was one of the nicest, most patient and smartest person I have ever known. He was always willing to help a colleague in need when we couldn't figure out issues with spreadsheets and such. Jeff touched so many lives over his 20 plus year career at KeyBank. I don't think your family will ever know just how many people loved, respected and admired Jeff. I have many found memories and a few funny stories of Jeff that I will carry with me always. He will never be forgotten by his KeyBank family. We all send our deepest condolences on to his entire family. May he find peace now and your family as well knowing how much he was loved.
