One of my favorite families from back home! Hugs to nurse Marilyn…Jim was such a good guy – Heart and Soul all the way! I purchased cars from him, sat many a time and shared a beer at Larrys Tavern or the Legion. I am going to miss all the things we did at church. I’m going to miss that great smile. I am so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. My heart goes out to his family. He was a great guy from school. Didn’t have much contact later in life, but he came into my thoughts occasionally because he was so kind and funny. It’s sad at our age that we have all seen so much sadness. I hope that your faith gives you solace.
So sorry to hear of Jim’s passing, though the years & the miles separated us, he was, as others have said, A True Friend. He was the type of friend that lasting memories are made with, from High school to the Navy, we had some memorable times that I will always remember.
