Ida Jane Templeman, age 92, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 9, 2015 at Riverview Pointe Care Center in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Jane was born June 13, 1922 in New Haven, Ohio to the late William and Minnie Thumma. She had been a guard at R. R. Donnelly and Sons in Willard, Ohio, retiring in 1987. Jane, previously of the New Haven/Plymouth, Ohio area, was living at the Riverview Pointe Care Center, Olmsted Falls, Ohio where she was with loving family at her time of passing. She recently remarked that she was almost 100 years old. Her family thought she might live to celebrate that day; she never grew old in mind or in spirit, had a positive outlook on life and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She participated in and enjoyed many activities at Riverview Pointe Care Center and because she was fun loving and loved everyone, had made many friends during her stay there. She will truly be missed by family and many close friends.
Jane is survived by two daughters: Judy Lee of Navarre, Fl; Susan Henry of Fairview Park, Oh; one son, Jody Henry; four grandchildren: James Edward Lee II, Karen (Scott) Isaac, April Renae, and Joseph (Olga) Henry; five great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Ethel Vanasdale; one brother, Norman Thumma and one grandson, John Patrick Lee.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Secors Funeral Home, 202 W. Maple Street in Willard, Ohio. There will also be a memorial service at Riverview Pointe Care Center in Olmsted Falls, Ohio on January 17 , 2015 at 1:30 p.m. There will be a private burial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you consider a donation to Riverview Pointe Care Center Activities Department in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com. May the Lord hold her close.

What a strong, beautiful, spirited and classy woman you were, Jane! I will always be grateful for the season we spent together, and I will never forget the so many things you taught me, and how you helped a young and confused girl. I know I will see you again; until then, bask in His love.
