Ida Mae Frisby, age 82 resident of Shiloh, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2005 in MedCentral Shelby Hospital. She was born on October 27, 1923 in Caney, KY and lived for many years in Shiloh. Mrs. Frisby ia a member of the Shiloh United Baptist Church on Noble Road.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Robert Fugett of Mansfield; a son, Clifton Frisby of Shelby; 7 grandchildren, Robert, Chad, Paul, Jason, Janel, Wayne and Ray; 9 great grandchildren, Tyler, Robert, Justin, Emily, Paul Jr., Alexis, Meria, Kayla and Triver; 3 sisters, Zona Oney of Caney, KY, Laura Oney of Shiloh and Gay Gillum of Shiloh; brother, Orville Blankenship of Shiloh.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Hershel Frisby who died on July 8, 1989; her son, Carlos Frisby; her parents, Wilburn and Letha Blankenship; 3 brothers, Kelly, Palmer and Troy Blankenship; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Blankenship and Gladys Frisby.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth on Monday from 6-9 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Pastors Delmer Bailey and Clay Noble officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
