Harold “Jack” Fletcher, age 68, of Galion, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at his residence. He was born on May 17, 1943 to the late Bruner and Ollie (Barnett) Fletcher in Willard, Ohio. Harold had worked at Plymouth Locomotive until its closing in 1999 and retired from Gledhill Road Machinery. He attended the Victory Temple Church of God and was a member of the Moose and Eagle’s clubs. He also enjoyed carpentry work.
Harold is survived by his wife, Sandra (Nordyke) Fletcher, of 47 years; three children, Shari (Mike) Fox of Lexington, Ohio, Harold “Duane” (Denise) Fletcher of Shelby, Ohio and Sheila (Bill) Fleming of Sycamore, Ohio; numerous grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Opal (Ed) Cole of Mount Gilead, Ohio and Joyce Slone of Syracuse, Indiana and three brothers, Edgar (Frances) Fletcher, James (Rosie) Fletcher and Roger Fletcher all of Shiloh, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at the Messiah’s House of Prayer in Shiloh, Ohio from 2:00 to 9:00 PM where the funeral service will be on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Earl Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth, Ohio. Memorial contributions can be made to the family. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

Sandy,Shari,Sheila and family, our hearts are sadden to hear about Harold.We are sorry we didnt make it to services, we didnt know it had happened until fri. We would of been there for all of you. He was a great guy. He would of given you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Sandy, we will always miss having you as neighbors. Our prayers are with you all.
Sheila and all the family, boy, do I feel your pain but God has you enclosed in the arms of His angels. I will pray for each and everyone of you. May God love you always.
Thoughts are with you and your family during this tough time. Cherish the time you had with you father. Harold will be missed by all who knew him.
