Harold Estridge, age 87, resident of Willard, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2005 at his home. He was born March 11, 1918 in Jackson County, Kentucky to the late R.P. and Sarah (Bowman) Estridge and had been a Willard resident since 1952. Mr. Estridge is a retired employee from the former Pioneer Rubber in Willard and was a member of the Greenwich Church of Christ. A veteran of the US Army, he served during peacetime.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred (Mullins) Estridge, who he married December 23, 1941; three sons, Dale Estridge of Plymouth; Robert Estridge of Willard; and Charles Estridge of Willard; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, William Estridge.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Monday from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 PM on Tuesday with Minister Joseph Becker officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
