Man this is a shock and hits hard. Grover was like a 2nd dad to me growing up. One of my dads best friends and work buddies. We all would hunt and fish together and I worked for him at Midwest the short time I was there right after school. Grover was one of a kind, funny serous at times but one of the friendliest guys around. I remember walking with him down old dirt lanes to go hunting with dad. It would be dark and here we are walking into the woods to climb into a deer stand or stand next to a tree ready to drive the deer in the woods. There were a few from Midwest that hung around each other hunting fishing and just having fun. As a young kid, I couldn't have had a better man to look up to other than dad. All of the guys were good men and onery at times. The fishing stories are endless. I went to school with Jeff his son and Todd. Jeff, Todd and family, I am so sorry to hear about Grovers passing. Prayers for you and the family. I tried a few times to track him down just to say hi with no luck after his wife passed a few years ago. I'll miss him as many will who know him. RIP Grover old friend! Rick Reed
