Ethel Risner, age 84, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014 in the Mercy Willard Hospital. She was born on April 15, 1930 in Dack, KY to Raymond and Lilly (Miller) Ousley. Ethel had been employed with the former Auto Call in Shelby and later at Hillside Acres Nursing Home in Willard.
She is survived by a son, Marvin Risner of Mansfield; a daughter, Marlene Hale of Plymouth; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Hall of Willard.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Vernon Risner, 3 sons, Mike Risner, Mark Risner and Larry Risner; 2 brothers, Warren and Curt Ousley and a sister Maggie Hicks.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio where a funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Phil Beverly officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com
