Esteban “Steve” Perez, age 43, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky, Ohio following a prolonged illness. He was born on March 21, 1973 in San Benito, Texas to David Perez, Jr. of Los Fresnos, Texas and Maria G. (Loera) McCoy of Willard, Ohio. Steve had work as a laborer at the Navy ship yards in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
He is survived by his father, David Perez Jr. and mother, Maria G. McCoy; one sister, Racheal (Perez) Bryant and fiancé, Christopher Tuttle; long-time friend and brother-in-law, Sherman “P-Nut” Bryant; three nephews, Johnathan, Joshua and Jacob Bryant; one great niece, Allysa Bryant and great nephew, Juelz Bryant, the children of Johnathan Bryant.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Greg and Lupe Loera.
Visitation will be held at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with a memorial service at 7:00 PM with James Hitchings officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com
