Erma Linda Velasquez Contreras, age 48, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on September 17, 1975 in Norwalk, Ohio to Jose Sr. and Juanita (Nino) Contreras.
Erma was a Willard High School graduate who loved Mickey Mouse and coloring. A favorite pastime includes sitting in her car or driving around listening to music.
Erma is survived by her husband of 15 years, Eddie Velasquez; daughter, Yocelin Sifuentes; father, Jose Contreras Sr.; siblings, Jose (Allison) Contreras Jr. and Susanna Contreras; numerous nieces and nephews; and her fur babies, Oso, Giovanni and Blu.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Juanita Contreras; and sister, Debra Martinez.
A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to her family, in care of Secor Funeral Home. Online condolences can be left for the family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com.
