Edward C. Bish, age 85, resident of Ontario, Ohio, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on November 5, 1932 in Kelly Station, Pennsylvania to the late Karl E. and Rose A. (Mansfield) Bish. Edward had proudly served in the U.S. Army, during the Korean Conflict, and had worked at PPG for 32 years. He was a member of St. Michaels Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pennsylvania and enjoyed woodworking, gardening and bird watching.
He is survived by his wife, Lois M. (Fiscus) Bish, whom he married on April 30, 1955; a son, John Edward Bish of Gaffney, SC; a daughter, Cindy Lou (Gerald) Alt of New Washington, Ohio; a sister, Helen Smail of Fort City, PA; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a great grandson, Colby, and a sister, Mary Csir.
