E. Jane Mull, age 83, resident of Willard, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2008 at the Willard Mercy Hospital. She was born on February 26, 1925 in Cumberland, MD to the late Lawrence and Mary (Cavanaugh) Helmstetter. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard, 55 Plus Club, and the Willard American Legion Auxilary. She also volunteered at the Willard Food Bank.
She is survived by three sons, Larry Mull and Beth Ruffing of Willard, Brian (Gina) Mull of Willard and James (Donna) Mull of Willard; six grandchildren, Joshua Mull of West Lake, OH, Jessica Mull of Columbus, OH, Daren Mull of Willard, Matthew Mull of Kettering, OH, Miles Mull of Columbus, OH. and Morgan Mull of Willard; three brothers, Joseph Helmstetter of Cumberland, MD, George Helmstetter of Sun City, FL and Thomas Helmstetter of Cumberland, MD and one sister, Pauline Stottler of Cumberland, MD.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John F. Mull; three brothers, William, Edward and Robert Helmstetter and one sister, Virginia Padfield.
Friends may call on the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M, with a prayer service at 7:45 P.M.. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 11A.M. at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard with Father Stanley Szybka officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. To the Mull family… My father Raymond, brother Ray and myself was so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. Jane and John were good friends of my parents and she will be deeply missed. Jane was just at my mom’s funeral(Angie)and we had such a nice visit with her. We know how you are all feeling as we are still grieving over our mother and wife(August 26th).
