Dorla Miller Clark, age 88, former resident of Plymouth, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at The Country View of Sunbury in Sunbury, Ohio. She was born on September 6, 1930, to the late Orville and Mae (Tackett) Gullett in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Dorla and her late husband, Bill Miller, ran Miller's Hardware in Plymouth for a number of years. While living the majority of her life in Plymouth, she was very active in the Plymouth Historical Society. She also worked at Century 21 in Willard later in her life. Dorla was very involved in her children and grandchildren's lives. She enjoyed having get together's with both family and friends.
She is survived by her children, Dr. Marty (Vicki) Miller, Mary Lee (Larry) Taylor and Dr. Jim (Ann) Miller; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Dorla was preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Miller; second husband, Bill Clark; and one brother, James "Duke" Gullett.
Family and friends may call on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth from 12:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Her son, Dr. Jim Miller and granddaughter, Rev. Caroline Miller, will officiate the service. There will be no graveside services on Monday. Memorial contributions can be made to the Plymouth Historical Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
