Debra “Debbie” L. Cassidy, age 61, of Plymouth, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.  She was born on June 28, 1960 in Groton, Massachusetts to Ronald and Janet (Meyer) Winter.  She was employed by the Village of Plymouth as a Utility Clerk and was a faithful member of LifePoint Community Church in Plymouth.  She enjoyed going to movies with her daughter, loved all animals and watching birds, and especially cherished spending time with her family.
 
Debbie is survived by her husband, Dwayne Cassidy whom she married on January 27, 1990; a daughter, Brianna Cassidy; a son, Benjamin (Randi) Cassidy; grandchildren, Rebeka, Rylee and Jaxon Cassidy and Ally Temple;  father, Ronald Winter; siblings, Karen (Mike) Williams, Kathy (Bob) Fraley, Kelly Winter, Lori Winter and Brian (Stacie Beck) Winter; numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved fur babies.
 
She is preceded in death by her mother, Janet Winter and her step-mother, Joyce Winter.
 
There will be a visitation at LifePoint Community Church in Plymouth, Ohio on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 1:00 PM until the time of her Celebration of Life at 4:00 PM with Pastor Rich Hurles officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Online condolences may be made to Debbie’s family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com
