Daniel W. Suver, age 58, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at his home in New Washington, Ohio due to complications from skin cancer. Dan was born on November 26, 1964 to the late Paul and Patricia Suver.
Dan is a 1983 graduate of Buckeye Central High School and the Carpentry Program at Pioneer Joint Vocational School (Pioneer Career and Technology Center). He had been employed by Richards Landscaping since the summer of 1983. Dan enjoyed following Indy Car Races, NHRA drag racing events, and attending local fairs and festivals. He was a serious fan of The Ohio State University Athletic teams! One of his favorite pastimes was gathering with friends on Saturday afternoons to watch football games.
Dan was a charter member the Sons of the American Legion New Washington Post 405 (established 26 years ago); a member of the Knights of Columbus, New Washington Council 1718; and a proud member of the Rowdie's of 1983- cheering for his high school sports teams.
Survivors include seven sisters: JoAnn (Tim) Young, Nancy Miller, Mary (Robert) Rich, Kathy (Cliff) Heimlich, Chris (Fred) Ernest, Lisa Suver, Missy (Mike) Pagnanelli; and four brothers: Michael (Susie) Suver, Tom Suver, Tim (Pam) Suver and Andy Suver.
Arrangements and care for the Suver family are being provided through Secor Funeral Service. A memorial mass at St. Bernard's Church will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. and friends are welcome to attend and join us for a luncheon afterwards at the St. Bernard Church Hall.
