Claudean Dye, age 80, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 24, 1943, in McDowell, Kentucky to the late Kelly and Alma (Gearheart) Dye. Claudean enjoyed gardening and cooking, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family, especially the grandkids.
She is survived by her 5 children, Terry (Debbie) Stephens of Ravenna, Roger (Diane) Stephens of Pensacola, FL, Carol Stephens of Willard, Clay Stephens of Willard and Jeremy (Crystal) Allen of Plymouth; 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; 8 siblings, Merlin Dye, Clotine Alley, Diana Conley, Loraine Cook, Geneive Spears, Lance Dye, Vernon Dye and Lisa Dye; along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Nanetta Stephens; grandson, Ethan Stephens; and 4 siblings, Yvonne Kilgore, Timmy Dye, Virgil Dye and Debra Short.
Calling hours will be on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio. Claudean’s funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio with Pastor Danny Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. To Terry, Debbie, Roger, Carol, & Clay so sad for all of you here as hearing the news that she has passed over. The great news is no more illness and nothing but good stuff for her. One thing that NEVER leaves us is our Memories and I remember all of you so Much from our youth growing up together at the trailer park. One thing I can tell you she raised all you Beautiful kids to be just Awesome people I'm glad my path crossed all of yours.
