Christopher Lee Bays, age 44, of Greenwich, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, June 19, 2022. He was born on April 17, 1978 in Willard, Ohio to Danny Bays and Joni Polachek. Chris was very devoted to his two sons. He liked taking his boys camping and spending time with them as much as possible. Chris also enjoyed going to flea markets and doing some fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Joni (Kevin) Polachek; father, Danny Bays; two sons, Zithyn and Maxdan Bays; sister, Amy (Tyshawn) McDonald; brother, Ryan Polachek; aunts and uncles, Jack (Donna) Kousma, Nick (Judy) Kousma; niece, Karystin (Tim) Lindsey; Nephew, Elijah Cole, along with several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Chris is preceded in death by his brother Danny Kousma along with his grandparents Homer and Donna Moore.
Visitation will be held at the Christian Alliance Church on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Following the visitation will be the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Steve McKnight officiating.
