Charlotte Marie Tramayne, age 86, formally of Tiro, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. She was born on December 9, 1937 to the late Grover and Elizabeth (Bechtel) Pifher in Tiro, Ohio. Charlotte was a graduate from Buckeye Central School, and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University. Charlotte was very dedicated to the tenants of her Catholic faith.
She is survived by her children, Lisa LaPlaca, Vincent LeBer and Anthony Leber; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with her siblings, Cornelius “Neil” Pifher, Edward Pifher, Charles Pifher, Frederick Pifher, Peg Nevers and Steve Pifher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband.
A funeral Mass for Charlotte will be on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington, Ohio with Father Ron Schock officiating. Burial will follow at Mother of Sorrow in North Auburn. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Bernard Catholic Church.
