Charlene S. Borgelt, age 74, resident of Willard, passed away at home on Friday, January 19, 2024. She was born on November 9, 1949 in Detroit, MI and had been a resident of Willard since 1970. She was a member of the Church of the Master in Steuben, Ohio. She loved fishing, crafts, camping and being by the water.
Char is survived by her husband, Charles Borgelt and three sons, Darren (Angie) Trapp of New Washington, Chaun Trapp of Vickery, and Matthew (Kindra) Stevens of Willard; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one brother, Al Darr and one sister, Bette Gadd.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen (Glover) Darr.
Per Char's request, there will be no funeral service. Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

Chars’ family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Char kept such a close eye on my Daddy and let me know when she thought something was wrong. I truly believe her kindness and concern let us be blessed for more time with him. God bless you and hold you during this difficult time.
