Growing up in Willard with Rhonda as my high school friend, I perceived her dad, Mr. Moore as an honorable business man and brilliant leader in the community, as well as a loving, endearing man, fully devoted to his family. May God grant his family safe travel and peace greater than loss.
He will be missed by many….including his backyard neighbors. Loving thoughts to the family — you have lost someone very special…we share your grief. Donn and Liz Lidington
