Arlene V. Hill, of Willard, passed away Thursday August 29, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 30, 1930 to the late Joseph and Lizzie Ryman in Willard, Ohio.
She was a 1948 graduate of Willard High School and married Richard Hill in September of the same year.
Arlene loved traveling with her husband and family. After years of traveling to Florida she and her husband made their home in Ft. Myers Fla. Arlene moved back to Willard 4 years ago.
She is survived by her children, Richard E. Hill of Cleveland, Susan Wolfe and Mary Gley of Willard, Robert Hill (Donna) of Romeoville, Ill., Kathy Van de Rostyne (Fred) of Plainfield, Ill and Barb Invergo of Hanover, Ill. She also survived by two sisters, Shirley Clawson of Tiro, and Louise Wurm of New Washington. Arlene was the proud grandmother of Justin and Brandon Whitten, Ryan and Kevin Wolfe, Richie and Bryan Hill, Kristy Bressler (Paul), Kate Foley (Tim), Cindy Stokes (Eric), Kellie Hutchinson (Gary), Ken and Amy Invergo and she was blessed with 16 great grandchildren.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
Per her request there will be no funeral. Her children will host a Celebration of Life in her honor at the Willows Villa Clubhouse, 146 Barbara Jane Lane, Willard, Ohio, on Saturday, September 21 st at 2:00 pm.
