Al was such a good friend to me when we worked together at the Middle School. He helped me so much by being there for me after school when I was tutoring a student. I felt unsafe and Al was in and out of my room constantly. He knew how I felt and he made me feel safe. I think of him often and my prayers are with his family during this sad time.

As I awoke this morning this was the news I got. I am sad and heartbroken over Alvin’s passing but at the same time rejoicing his arrival in his heavenly home! I served with Alvin in the US Army 1st Inf Div. Alvin, Dennis Wilson shared a room and tent together while in service. We were the Three Amigos. While keeping in touch with Alvin through the years I have lost all contact with Dennis. I am so sorry for your loss Bird.
