Adan (Adam) C. Garcia of Willard, Ohio, originally from Alice, TX, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the age of 85 after a long illness. He was born in Alice, TX to Concepcion and Amada Casas Garcia.
Adam was known for his love of Tejano music, dancing, eating at “Uncle Dudley’s”, tinkering in his garage, and spending time with his loved ones.
Adam will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
Adam was preceded in death by his son Charles Garcia, his parents, brothers Feliciano Garcia, Narciso “Chicho” Garcia, David Garcia, and his sister, Esmeralda Benavides.
Adam is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 67 years Maria Armandina Garcia, One daughter, Melba (Roger) Cantu, and three sons Adam (Lisa) Garcia, David (Lelia) Garcia, and Jesse (Lora) Garcia. His Grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley), Angie, Derek (Victoria), Dustin (Morgan), Jessica (Tyler), Taylor (Jeremy), Morgan (Zane), Mick, Wes (Valerie), Rachel (John), Lucas, Jared, Eric (Jill) and Emily. His Great Grandchildren, Gracie, Bo, Ella, Lily, Jude, Macy, Micah, Kiersten, Jacob, Aimee, John, Madison, Lexie, Abe, Rhett, McCoy, Maggie, Toby, Brynn, Gunner and Bentley. Brothers, Israel Garcia, Ruben Garcia, Sisters, Baudelia Arredondo, Viola G. Ambriz, and Sylvia Cruz.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Adam’s funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Dr. Ricky Branham officiating.
