Randall L. “Randy” Atkins, age 53, of Sandusky, OH, passed away on November 16th, 2024. He was born in Willard, OH, on December 18th, 1970, to Charles Richard and Sandra (Wilkinson) Atkins. He married Angel on September 2nd, 2011 on Middle Bass Island.
Randy worked for the railroad for 25 years. He was a Michigan fan and an avid boater. His favorite place was on the waters of Lake Erie. He enjoyed traveling across the county and taking cruises with his co-captain Angel. He was known for his cooking and grilling skills.
He is survived by his wife Angel (Famulare) Atkins, daughters Sydney Atkins, Bradyn Music, Kassondra (Allen) Freetage, and Paige Warwick (Rhiannon Stevens), his mother Sandra Atkins, brother Brent (Donna) Atkins, grandchildren Cooper and Cohen Freetage, several nieces, as well as several great nephews and great nieces.
He is preceded in death by his father Charles Richard Atkins, brother Todd Atkins, sister Sally (Atkins) Durnwald, and his beloved dogs Lexi and Gemma.
A celebration of life will take place in the spring on May 10th, 2025, at Tall Timbers Campground in Port Clinton, OH. More details to follow.
