Larry Dean Lynch, age 65, of New Washington, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Norwalk Memorial Home. He was born on September 14, 1958 in Willard, Ohio to the late Arther Ivan and Vivan (Whipp) Lynch. Larry had worked for many years at Janesville Products and for the past 17 years at ArcelorMittal until his retirement in 2023. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in New Washington and he enjoyed playing golf, watching football, and was an intense OSU fan. Larry had an infectious laugh and loved spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by a sister, Linda (Hascell) Stumbo of Norwalk, OH; brothers, Gary Lynch of Spartanburg, SC and Terry Lynch of Plymouth, OH; and nieces and nephews, Karen (Kevin) Krupp of Norwalk, OH; Sheina (Mark) Adelman of Norwalk, OH; and Leslie (Nick) Meyer of Norwalk, OH; Gary (Natasha) Lynch Jr. of Mansfield, OH; and Tina Kieffer of Spartanburg, SC.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a nephew, Kevin Kieffer; infant twin nieces, Alma and Alva Stumbo; and sister-in-law, Thelma Lynch.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM where his funeral service will be on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM with Rick Stumbo officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
