Waking up this morning, I thought of Wanda. I turned to Google and read her obituary. Terry, what a Mom you had! Wanda and Charlie Yenni were close friends of the Mathews family for as long as I can remember. When I was newly out of college and moving to Columbus, Wanda and Chuck opened their doors to me until I could find an apartment. I have dear memories of playing Scrabble at the kitchen table with Wanda, every night! So many great memories! On behalf of the Mathews family, (Tim, Jeff, and Eddy) we send deepest condolences. Love, Sally Mathews Sarasota, Florida

WHEN THE LORD CALLS OUR LOVED ONES HOME, HE LEAVES A GIFT OF MEMORIES IN EXCHANGE. HOLE ON TO YOUR MEMORIES, AND LET THEM GUIDE YOU DURING THIS TIME OF SADNESS. WANDA WAS A "SPECIAL" LADY! I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED TALKING TO HER AND HAD SOME GOOD TIMES WITH HER. SHE WILL BE MISSED.

What a lovely lady, Wanda was! All of us that knew her are privileged. My thoughts and prayers surround all who are mourning. I feel like extended family. Mom and Wanda were the best of friends. Mom worked in her restaurant; eventually I did too. But, even decades prior to that, mom and Wanda were the best of friends. There are pictures in our family photo album of me, as an infant, laying on her sofa. I swear Terry spent as much time at our house as he did his while growing up. There are so many beautiful and treasured memories that I know we all share. My heart grieves along with you. We have lost a wonderful lady, but Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.
