Brenda, Paul, and all the grandchildren we are so sorry to hear about Diane. She loved you all so much. Christmas is coming and she so loved giving Christmas presents and seeing the joy on everyone's face made it priceless for her. Knowing that she is now back with the love of her life Willie doesn't mean the pain of her loss won't impact your life. She will always be cherished in all the beautiful memories all of us have with the time spent together with her. Every time I drive by the ol' homestead where you all lived and grew up I can't help but think about Diane and Willie. There are five things about Diane I will never forget. One Christmas two the watch she bought me in 1990, three the time I was cutting downed trees she made a lunch for me and there was no saying no, and four her favorite bingo number was "the one I win on". Most importantly is number five that I never told anyone. Diane getting her degree in human services as a non traditional student inspired me enough to also attend college at the age of thirty nine. She showed that age didn't matter and to go out there and get it! She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. May loving memories bring you peace, comfort, and strength. I am grateful to have known her.
