James S. Triplett, age 44, resident of Tiro, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on October 7, 1962 in Shelby, Ohio and had been a Tiro resident most of his life. James was a graduate of Buckeye Central High School and employed with Central Cutting in Mansfield and a former employee of MidWest Industries. He was an avid collector of indian artifacts and enjoyed camping and fishing with his son, Reed.
He is survived by his son, Reed Triplett; his mother, Lucy (Stutler) Triplett of Tiro; six brothers and sisters-in-laws, Reed Edward & Stephanie Triplett of Shelby; Jerry & Dana Triplett of Mt. Gilead; Thomas & Pam Triplett of Shelby; Melvin & Roxan Triplett of Zephyrhills, FL; Richard & Heidi Triplett of New Washington; Wendell & Jill Triplett of Tiro; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Kathy & Bill Strohm of Tiro; Paula Triplett of Shelby.
He is preceded in death by his father, Reed Triplett on January 10, 2005.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth on Saturday, September 15, 2007 from 10:00 AM to Noon where the funeral will be held at Noon with Rev. Merlin Dye officiating.
