Russell Barnett of Willard, Ohio passed away at Fisher Titus Hospital on January 2, 2023 at the age of 67. He was born in Willard, Ohio to the late Mellis & Deskie Barnett. He was a car fanatic.
He is survived by 3 sisters, Mary Moore, Flossie Scholl and Ruth Slagle; 3 brothers, Kenneth Barnett, Miles Barnett and Lonnie Barnett; and best friend, Carol Wojtowicz.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Katherine Kilgore, Cassie Rice, Annie Lou Barnett and Justeen Barnett; 4 brothers, Johnny Barnett, Junior Barnett, Thurman Barnett and William Risner; nephew, Kenneth Barnett Jr. and niece Kendra Barnett; and numerous nieces and nephews and his dog, Sheba.
Calling hours will be Monday, January 9, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio and also Tuesday from 11:00AM to 1:00PM. The funeral service will be Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating.
